This SCO is issued on a FAST-TRACK basis following issuance of an independent Certificate of Analysis (COA).
Pricing and specifications herein are based on the issued COA and are deemed firm, subject only to SPA execution.

• Fixed Carbon (C): 85% – 89%
• Ash Content: ~8%
• Moisture: ~1%
• Sulphur (S): ~0.36%
• Volatile Matter: As per COA
• Particle Size Distribution (Screen Analysis):
- +30 mesh: ~20%
- +50 mesh: ~50%
- +80 mesh: ~30%
• Bulk Density: As per COA
• Country of Origin: Tanzania
• Lot / Batch Number: As per COA and shipment

The above specifications are final and binding as per the issued COA.

2. CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS (COA)

A valid one-page Certificate of Analysis issued by SGS forms an integral part of this SCO.
The Buyer acknowledges that pricing, quality, and valuation are based exclusively on the COA values.

No re-negotiation of price or specifications shall be permitted except in the event of material deviation confirmed at destination inspection, as defined in the SPA.

3. QUANTITY

• Available Quantity: Up to 4,000 Metric Tons (MT)
• Shipment Structure: Single shipment or split shipments, as agreed in SPA

4. PRICE

• Price: USD 750 – 800 per Metric Ton
• Delivery Basis: FOB

Final price to be locked within this range upon SPA execution.

5. DELIVERY TERMS

• Incoterms®: FOB (Incoterms® 2020)
• Ports of Loading:
- Tanga Port, Tanzania (preferred – approx. 100 km from site)
- Dar es Salaam Port, Tanzania (approx. 350 km from site)

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms to be agreed and defined in the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

7. SELLER INFORMATION (CONFIDENTIAL)

Seller entity name (company or mine) is confirmed and available for internal compliance and verification purposes only.
Seller identity shall not be disclosed to the Buyer prior to execution of the SPA or at the agreed contractual stage.

This SCO is issued on a FAST-TRACK basis and is subject only to:
• Execution of a binding SPA
• Completion of standard KYC / AML procedures
