legal responsibility that we have the legal authority, are ready, willing, and able to supply and export
precious gold (AU) metal as described below. We further attest that the gold is clean, of non-criminal
origin, and free of any liens or encumbrances.

CIF PROCEDURE
1. Offer & Acceptance: Seller issues a signed Full Corporate Offer (FCO) and Proforma Invoice to the
Buyer or Buyer’s authorized representative. Buyer signs and returns the FCO confirming acceptance of
all terms.
2. Deposit Payment: Upon receipt of the preliminary assay results, the Buyer shall pay a 10% deposit of
the total consignment value. This covers export-related expenses including royalties, taxes, insurance,
and freight charges.
3. Export Preparation: Seller prepares all required export documentation within five (5) working days.
Shipment will be arranged via recognized air cargo or private charter.
4. Pre-Shipment Notification: Seller provides shipment and export documentation, including transaction
codes and consignee information, at least 72 hours before dispatch.
5. Delivery & Assay: Seller or representative accompanies shipment to Buyer’s destination. Upon
arrival, the gold is refined and assayed within 24 hours. Final payment is made within 48 hours of the
assay certificate.
6. Transfer of Ownership: Seller transfers legal title of the gold bars to Buyer upon receipt of total
payment.
7. Continuation of Trade: Both parties may agree to proceed with future consignments under similar or
revised terms.
