Entry Ownership/Leasing Cost: 250K in 2 Payments: 125K is required
prior to the issuance of the SBLC and before the MT799 is generated. The second payment
of 125K USD is due once the MT799 is confirmed.

The SBLC amount is a cash-backed 490 million SBLC from HSBC UK, which includes
MT799 with confirmation, hard copies, and Bloomberg registration.

Two agreements need to be signed: the Issuance Agreement with our issuing company and
the Monetization Agreement with the External Monetizer we will recommend. You are
welcome to present your own Monetizer, subject to our approval.

Our currently recommended Monetizers for this instrument offer LTV from 40% to 80% which is at the minimum 196 Million Euros.

All one-time monetization payments or trade payments are entirely non-recourse payments to the SBLC owner.

Our issuance side will receive 15% of the LTV within 10 banking days after the hard
copy of the instrument is received by the Monetizer.

The client/SBLC owner can also negotiate a one-time non-recourse payment for the remaining LTV or
enter a trade program with the Monetizer.

We can refer additional monetizers as required by the client.

Please refer to the procedures for the SBLC standalone issuance for monetization. The
SBLC functions similarly to a lease and expires after 1 year and 1 day.

** Note: The issuer will solely offer complete guarantees for the issuance of this instrument, as it is unable to oversee the monetizer, which is an external entity to the issuing organization. Nevertheless, we will perform comprehensive due diligence and safeguard the SBLC owner throughout the Monetizer Due Diligence Phase and within the Monetization Agreement **
