component:
All components of the line are working efficiently and in very good condition, ready for immediate operation.
1. Hydraulic Press:
- A heavy industrial press produced by the English company Sutcliffe Speakman, modified, model SSP500, with a compression capacity of up to 500 tons, producing 9 bricks per press, a total capacity of 4000 bricks/hour with very good technical condition, full accessories of stackers, trolley pusher, electrical control panel, operation, in addition to 2 forming molds.
2. Primary Mixer:
- 1250-liter double shaft mixer, made in Germany, with a 37-kW motor and gearbox.
3. Secondary Mixer:
- A German-made blender (Irish), with a capacity of 1000 liters, feeds the piston directly, with a 30-kW motor.
4. Bucket conveyor (conveyor belts):
- 300 mm wide bucket conveyor, 30 m conveyor belt, equipped with a gearbox.
- An additional 4-meter conveyor belt to transfer the mixture to the stalk.
- A third conveyor belt is 4 meters long to transport the mixture to the reactor.
5. Mixture Reactor:
It consists of two parts
- Bottom: 3.4 m diameter rotator, equipped with gearbox and 20 kW motor.
- Top: Complementary silo that holds up to 85 tons of batter, of the same diameter.
6. Feeding belts:

8. Oxide silo:
- 3-ton capacity, equipped with a 5-meter-long auger, motor and gearbox – locally manufactured, fully connected.
9. Electrical Control System:

10. Electric trolley conveyor:
- (2) carriage conveyors to autoclaves, equipped with a trolley pusher.
11. Autoclave:

12. Steam Boiler:
