n Accepted Transaction Modes
n Option 1: Binance Settlement Key Procedure
Procedure:
• Both parties provide Binance UIDs; asset balances (BTC / USDT) are verified by Binance VIP account manager.
• Seller issues a Settlement Key to the buyer.
• Buyer uses the Settlement Key within Binance VIP interface to purchase the first tranche of BTC (test transaction).
• Buyer must complete the transaction within 30 minutes.
• Upon successful test, formal tranching begins.
• Seller pays intermediary commission after each tranche.
Notes:
• All asset swaps are conducted within Binance’s internal platform.
• Buyer does not accept OTC or private transfers.
n Option 2: Binance VIP Block Trade Procedure
Procedure:
• Both parties provide Binance UIDs to the Binance VIP account manager.
• Manager verifies both accounts hold sufficient BTC / USDT.
• Trade time and tranche plan are confirmed.
• For each tranche, Binance manager validates price and volume, then locks and executes the trade.
• Tranches proceed automatically after each successful transaction.
• Seller pays intermediary commission after each tranche.
Notes:
• Only executed via Binance’s official VIP Block system.
• Buyer will not pre-transfer funds to the seller’s account.
• All transactions are supervised by the Binance VIP account manager.
n Unacceptable Transaction Modes
• UID to UID private transfers (outside Binance system).
• OTC / P2P / C2C off-platform transactions
