TRANSACTIONAL PROCESS:

1. Buyer needs to submit the following items:
1a. Buyer CIS
1b. $30M USDT (ERC20 or TRC20) Payment wallet.
1c. BTC Deposit/Receiving wallet
1d. On Buyer letterhead Signed Letter of Intent to purchase BTC with requested Total Quantity and Tranche schedule.

2. Seller qualifies the Buyer and their $30M USDT payment wallet.

3. Seller sends Corporate Invoice (CI), with the mutually agreed upon tranche schedule.

4. Buyer reviews, signs and returns CI to the Seller.

5. Seller to send the Satoshi. The Satoshi will not exceed the amount of $30.00 USD.

6. Seller sends Satoshi from the Sellers main BTC exchange wallet to the Sellers Private BTC transactional wallet, this completes the AB test.

7. Seller sends Hash and screenshots to the Buyer for confirmation for the AB test.

8. Seller sends Satoshi from the Sellers Private BTC transactional wallet to the Buyers BTC Deposit/Receiving wallet.

9. Seller sends Hash and screenshots to the Buyer for confirmation for the Satoshi.

10. Buyer verifies and accepts Sellers Satoshi.

11. Buyer sends Handshake of equal value amount of the Satoshi to the Sellers USDT receiving wallet.

12. Seller verifies and accepts Buyers Handshake.

13. Buyer sends Seller the payment to the Sellers (USDT) receiving wallet for the BTC that is referenced in the Corporate Invoice tranche schedule for the first tranche.

14. Seller verifies and confirms Buyers payment.

15. Seller sends from the Sellers main BTC exchange wallet according to the Corporate Invoice tranche schedule, the first tranche of BTC to the Sellers Private BTC transactional wallet.

16. Seller sends the first tranche from the Sellers Private BTC transactional wallet to the Buyers BTC transactional wallet.

17. Buyer confirms receiving the BTC from the Seller, verifies and accepts the BTC.

18. Buyer and Seller repeat steps (13-17) until tranche schedule has been completed.

19. If additional BTC are needed or required by the Buyer, the additional BTC transactions will follow the same transactional process.
