Zim Quintillion note for sale

I have a historical asset that is currently being traded on PPP. I want to monetize that asset before it is paid out. I am not sure when it's due to pay out, but I wanted to gain access to funds NOW. I am also a broker in several other deals with similar assets, but I am not the principal. I am happy to turn over ownership of those assets/my stake in those deals to 3rd party in exchange for cash or financing for various property projects I have in mind here in Bali ranging from villa developments to hospitality concept like boutique hotel. Alternatively, I am happy to work with development company, finance company or individual investor to realize cash to be able to develop those projects.
