1. Provision of Financial Product Advice
The AFSL authorises the licensee to provide general financial product advice (i.e. non-personal advice) in relation to the following classes of financial products:
Derivatives
Foreign exchange contracts
Interests in managed investment schemes, excluding investor directed portfolio services (IDPS)
Securities
These advisory services may be provided to both retail and wholesale clients, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

2. Dealing in a Financial Product
The AFSL authorises the licensee to deal in financial products, including issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying, or disposing of financial products, in the following ways:

2.1 Dealing as Principal (own behalf)
The licensee may issue, apply for, acquire, vary, or dispose of financial products on its own behalf in relation to:
Derivatives, limited to those used for hedging purposes
Foreign exchange contracts, limited to those used for hedging purposes
These activities may be conducted for retail and wholesale clients.

2.2 Dealing on Behalf of Another Person
The licensee may apply for, acquire, vary, or dispose of financial products on behalf of another person in relation to:
Basic deposit products
Derivatives
Foreign exchange contracts
Interests in managed investment schemes, excluding IDPS
Securities
These dealing activities may be conducted for retail and wholesale clients, as permitted by law.

Staff - 2 RMs, one of them is KP. Both open to stay, object to new owners business plan.
No complaints and breaches.
License has had no operational activities either engagements under it's name yet.
License was issued in July 25, therefore no audit has been conducted yet. Auditors have been nominated though, PI policy in place.
No legal requirement to hold SLF/NTA.
