Services Offering:
The Company operates as an Investment Dealer (Full Service excluding Underwriting).
The Company will:
• act as an intermediary in the execution of securities transactions for clients;
• trade in securities as principal with the intention of reselling these securities to the public; and
• give investment advice which is ancillary to the normal course of its business activities.
Shareholder: Current shareholder can remain during the transition period to assist the buyer with activation and setup.
Bank: In process with MauBank
Clients: Newly licensed, not previously operational, and no clients presently.
Nominee Option: Shareholder is open to remain as nominee shareholder under a Declaration of Trust, with a monthly fee arrangement.
Activation Requirement: Buyer will need to activate and operate the license for a minimum period of 3 months before the formal share transfer can take place.
Monthly Fee: USD 3,250 (includes client onboarding capped at 180 annually, client screening and risk rating, accounting, audit liaison, and taxation compliance)
