Company Formation In Switzerland
Procedure of a company formation in Switzerland:
1. Preparation of the incorporation documents. You will receive the incorporation documents by e-mail. You print out the documents and sign them according to the instructions. Then you send us the original signed documents to Switzerland.
2. At the same time we open the capital deposit account.
3. the share capital is then paid in. (GmbH CHF 20’000 / AG CHF 100’000)
4. as soon as we have received the documents signed by you and the capital contribution confirmation from the bank, we forward the documents to our notary.
5. the notary certifies the deed and forwards it to the commercial registry office.
6. now we wait until the company is registered, which takes about 10 working days.
