Small Cap Programm 3M /no limit 40 weeks

- Opportunity for USD / EUR / CHF / GBP investors
- Transacting party is a Top Tier Bank
- Minimum: 3M, no maximum limit…
- Contract is a loan agreement, client needs to send a MT799
- Client’s funds are NOT AT RISK
- Trade returns are on “best efforts” basis (Histories 09/2023 +150% 30 days)
- Guaranteed returns are 100% per year, net to the client
- Some of the historical gross returns were much more than 10% per month, net to the client
- Client needs to sign a joint venture (JV) fee agreement
Process:
1. Investors submits CIS, passport copy and proof of funds
2. Due Diligence
3. Upon successful compliance, JV partner calls client to confirm interest in the opportunity and to arrange a zoom call with client and introducing agents
4. Client signs NCNDA with introducing agents and JV partner
5. JV partner issues and notarizes joint venture and profit share agreement contract
6. Contract is signed
7. Client signs loan agreement
8. Client sends Swift MT 799
9. Trade starts
10. First payment approximately 5 weeks after trade starts, then monthly payments

- Opportunity for USD / EUR / CHF/ GBP 10m investors
- Transacting party is a Swiss company (German Managing Director)
- Minimum: 10m, no maximum limit
- Client needs to send a MT 799 or 760, depending on the bank
- Client’s funds are NOT AT RISK.
- Guaranteed gross returns are 100% per year
- Returns are much higher for 50m and 100m plus amounts
- Upon client request, contract can be renewed after one year (evergreen offer)


Client needs to sign a 20% profit share agreement Process:

1. Investors submits CIS, passport copy and proof of funds
2. Due Diligence (typically 2-3 days)
3. Upon successful compliance, transacting party calls client to confirm interest in the opportunity
4. Client is invited to a personal meeting in Zurich to review evidence of performance
5. Contract is signed
6. Client sends Swift MT 799
7. Trade starts
8. First payment approximately 5 weeks after trade starts, then monthly payments
