Tax Credits for Sale (For Use In Any Business)

I am the GP of a PE Fund that has accumulated close to $10MM of tax credits that can be shared with any profitable LLC or LP. Utilization can generate a dramatic boost in After-tax income as well as working capital. Since these are personal NOL's, I am looking for a profitable income stream of at least $1MM a year pre-tax, since each $1MM used should generate close to $500k of savings for the full entity. This will NOT WORK for startups or companies with taxable income of less than $500k


This structure can work for an existing business, or for someone who is in the late stages of an acquisition or someone who has recently completed an acquisition and would like a "bolt-on" strategic partner, who will add value in the business thru service and can add value to the bottom line


In short, I would be a silent or minority Partner who would add a great deal to the business via my past experience and my strategic tax credits. This is the ultimate WIN-WIN scenario and can be structured in a variety of ways to best reach your business goals
