Buyer Procedure:

A face-to-face meeting will be arranged at a mutually agreed location between the Buyer and the Seller ( the buyers bank ).

During the meeting, The Buyer will be required to provide an acceptable form of Proof of Funds (POF) to demonstrate purchasing capability.

At the same time, the seller will have the SKR ( 4 to 7 documents) for the 1st pallet.

The Buyer’s CIS will be submitted for federal approval.

Upon successful approval, both parties will sign the Purchase Agreement for up to 100 pallets on the spot or the quantity the seller is comfortable with.

After the manager of the bank verifies the 4 to 7 documents of the SKR, they will issue a letter of acceptance of up to 3 pallets for the buyer per day.

The seller will instruct TG to deliver the 1st pallet to the bank while everyone is still there.

The rest of the docs of the SKR will be attached to the pallet when it arrives the bank.

After the bank receives the pallet, counts and verifies it,
Payment will be be released via bank transfer.

Title ownership will be transferred upon confirmation of receipt of payment.

Delivery may be executed in tranches as per the agreed contract terms.

No one will leave the bank until the money is counted and verified and the transfer has been received.
