Looking for Corporate Bonds
We are currently sourcing U.S.-based corporate bonds rated BBB or better, available now through the end of July. Our client is actively reviewing investment-grade instruments with a preference for those already trading, though we are open to all qualified opportunities.
Key Criteria:
Minimum Rating: BBB (S&P/Fitch) or Baa3 (Moody’s)
Instrument Type: Corporate bonds (no municipal or sovereign debt)
Geography: United States only
Availability: Must be deliverable or tradable; off-market considered case-by-case
Owner/U.B.O.: Must be present and available for direct communication
Introducers are welcome and will be compensated by the buyer. We are also able to assist with contract preparation prior to closing.
Additional Note: Select instruments may qualify for structured trade opportunities for the client post-acquisition.
