$500 Million Project For Public Company For Jv
Our client is seeking an investment loan of $500,000 -$2 Million for an international project and ideal for Public Companies given revenues to exceed $400 Million.
Use of Funds:
The funds will be used to rent equipment necessary to log $500 million worth of timber. The sales from the logs will be reinvested to expand production. Funds are required in September for logging, following the current rainy season.
Return on Investment(ROI):
Investors can expect a minimum return of 10x in 5 years. A $500,000 investment loan will provide investors with 50% profit sharing, amounting to approximately $6 million, after repayment of the $500,000 to the investor in 18 months.
Operations Management:
The funds and project will be managed through a prominent international law firm's escrow account, ensuring transparency.The principal is guaranteed and secured by the timber inventory, which comprises trees.
