Profitable Ind. Wants Pubco Partner For Rollup

I have run a small business in a very profitable industry for over 20 years and my industry is ripe for consolidation. The reason for my ad here is I would like a PubCo partner to provide the capital/shares needed to initiate a rollup strategy whereas we merge with similar businesses expanding our geographical footprint. As we expand our footprint, we will also be better positioned to take on larger clients in addition to the small/mid sized clients in the new geographic areas we takeover. Ideally we will also be able to convert some of the existing clients in each market to higher profit margin services. The rollup strategy is such that we can purchase businesses at 3-4x profit but once we achieve the right size/coverage can sell for 8-10x profit. (in addition to all the value we add through our experience and processes.)

A partner who sees the value in our strategy
Someone who can assist with the PubCo requirements when needed.
A clean PubCo without liabilities
Preferably some cash on hand or ability to issue shares for cash.
The ability to issue shares in a merger transaction.

The deal.
Simple - I put up my current business and myself personally to run the company, you put up the PubCo and some assistance from time to time in meeting those PubCo requirements.
