Following offers considered:
Option One – Sale as is $100,000 cash and carry immediate sale, transfer and control all assistance given to ensure OTCID approvals. Excludes the fundraising draft documentation.
Option2 – Sale $250,000 post FINRA, OTC and PCAOB full audit to bring current fully SEC reporting (if needed) plus Reg D and Reg A Tier 2 (prepared in co-operation) for funding (excludes crypto token). Payable $125,000 deposit on SPA execution, with transfer of control over ordinary stock and CN and possession and operations. Option 4 - $80,000 for 50-50 joint venture including via incoming merger of business operations. Jointly work on FINRA, OTC and PCAOB full audit to bring current fully SEC reporting (if needed) plus Reg D and Reg A Tier 2 (prepared in co-operation) for funding.
