We are offering a limited 3-node infrastructure opportunity strategically launching in Puerto Rico, forming a triangle between San Juan, Vieques, and Culebra. These are fully hardened, high-compute nodes built for local bandwidth delivery, disaster recovery, AI inference, and decentralized validator hosting.

Each node comes fully installed with approximately $500,000 in high-performance compute hardware—a buildout capable of supporting AI inference, training, validator operations, VOIP, and public Wi-Fi delivery. In commercial terms, this level of hardware would represent over $2–3 million in compute services value annually if deployed for traditional cloud inference workloads.

To put it in perspective, in 2023, the global AI inference market alone surpassed $14 billion, growing exponentially with demand for edge compute, real-time generative workloads, and on-prem AI hosting. The compute in each of our nodes is equivalent to ten times the output of our current prototype running at our Georgia site.

Ownership Models & Pricing

Each node is available in two models:
• $3 million USD – Node Ownership Only
Includes full install, compute stack, validator integration, Wi-Fi distribution, voice-over-WiFi, and Starlink uplink.
• $3.5 million USD – Node + Real Estate Ownership
Includes all above, plus fee-simple real estate title with infrastructure installed and protocol leaseback. Owner receives 5% of all hash activity and earnings run through that location.

• Without Real Estate: $7 million
Includes all three nodes, protocol integration, and turnkey install. Great for operator partnerships.
• With Real Estate Ownership: $10 million flat
Includes all three nodes plus $3.69 million worth of real estate, title included. Total value individually would be $10.5 million, but bundled at a discount.

Each node is designed to generate revenue via:
• Validator earnings (Nano-based)

• Mesh node fees and participation in Hash for Cash™ protocol

Real estate owners receive a 5% revenue share from all protocol activity on their site, creating both capital asset value and recurring yield.
