USD 30–36M Acquisition Financing Needed

We are currently structuring a USD 30–36 million senior secured financing facility to support the acquisition of 100% of Netcom, a tech-enabled BPO and digital operations platform with an established nearshore footprint in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Panama.

Transaction Structure
The financing requirement is a USD 30–36 million senior secured term facility, allocated exclusively to the acquisition. Cash flow for debt service will come from Netcom’s consolidated USD operations, supported by contractual revenue stability and positive operating margins. The structure contemplated includes a corporate and operational security package consistent with leveraged acquisition financings.

The equity sponsor will contribute USD 7 million at closing, ensuring adequate capitalization and alignment in the post-acquisition structure.
