Cash Flow Investors Wanted - Various Assets

We have just formed a holding company specifically for cash flowing entities and assets such as businesses, rental properties, trucks , vehicles and equipment. Because of how we acquire the assets we only need down payment funds (and sometimes a few monthly payments) to secure them so we are looking for REAL investors that have funds or funding access and can pull the trigger immediately (not tirekickers that say they need a few days or weeks to think about it)

If you can not make a decision within a couple of days and actually have funds submitted, this is NOT the opportunity for you. If you have a 700 or better FICO we have access to quick funding option.

These opportunities are secured by the asset being acquired and we generate revenues from them through rental, FSBO. leasing and cash flow improvement to produce ROI's as high as 28%.

Best thing is its monthly cash flow. Minimum participation amount is $25,000

Process: A) If interested, let us know what financial level you can participate at and we will send you a synopsis of an opportunity we have access to B) If you are qualified (show proof of financial ability) you will receive an LLC member agreement that goes in proportion to your participation C) You then submit funds in exchange for partnership allocation and part ownership of the asset/business and designate how you would like to receive you allocated partner share payment (ex: wire transfer, check or ACH)
