Compelling Digital Media Company Seeks Capital

We have a transaction that is in the digital media space. My office has arranged $5M in debt and the sponsor closed a $10M Preferred round after that. We then closed an additional $3.5M in debt after the Preferred round. The company ended last year with $7.7MM in revenues and EBITDA of $3.3MM and is currently executing on an aggregate roll up strategy that will create revenues of $31M and EBITDA of $7M for 2019. The sponsor company will have fast growing revenues as they are in business with Warner Music, BBC and Conde Nast. The Company has over 130 advertisers such as Adidas, Coca-Cola, Visa and Gillette to name a few and works with 1,000 digital publishers throughout the Americas.
