This is an lending platform that helps startups and small businesses raise capital online. We currently raise this capital through Loan-Stacking & other strategic methods, which grants individuals the luxury of At Home Borrowing.
Our proprietary algorithm (PushFi) uses a unique set of data sets to Pre-Qualify borrowers for their potential loan amounts. This method properly sets the funding expectations for their Ventures & removes any doubts on their ability to secure financing.
How do we earn our Revenue?
There are several income streams that are paid for our Strategic Connections & Loan Stacking. 9.9% is the average Origination Fee that we charge for setting up Loan Products for our clients. This fee is charged at the end of the service & is usually paid direct from the client via: E-Check, ACH or Wire. The Real Estate Loans have an Origination fee of 1% to 2.5%, due to currently being processed directly from the lending sources.
The Opportunity:
A rapid Launch into the SMB space that is clear to multiply investments by 3X’s to 1,000X’s:
The team is seeking a Family Office, JV or Private Investment Partner to assist with the Shared-Economy Expansion.
This plan is geared towards a 90 Day Goal of 7K to 10K Monthly Customers, using a 10X Multiplier. For every direct lending client, we expect 10X+ indirect lending clients. The automated PushFi Underwriting System is already setup to approve the clients that fit our A-Paper Requirements.
Our accelerated growth plan will be heavily fueled by a recent HULU Ad Campaign approval & a Social Media Tagging Strategy, upon each successful closing. The Burn Rate for this Investment will cost approximately 7% to 12.5% of Net Profit, which will run for 6 months.
In the U.S. there are approximately one Million monthly searches for Small Business Loans, according to Google. Using this statistic, we are planning to position our place in the SMB Space, capturing a very small & select group.
This market can easily be entered with high volume, by scaling the current Shared-Economy model. Quickly deploying capital into the right hands will cause rapid organic growth.
For each Direct Loan we grant, there will be 10 Indirect Loans generated by word of mouth. This will put our SMB Products on a 12% Minimum Growth per year.
