Blocked funds Loan opportunity - Guaranteed Return
We are looking for partners for one or more financial transactions.
We have financial partners in UK who provide us with loans with an attractive leverage effect for funds that we block from EUR 100m.
Funds are blocked for 18 months, then are released and repaid at the end of the blocking period.
A new SPV will be created in UK for each investment and funds are not used as collateral or to repay the loan, what means that the investments is totally safe for the investor.
We may consider repaying the investor via the loan obtained from our financial partner.
