New State-Of-The-Art Meat Processing Facility

A new 53,000 square-foot meat processing infrastructure development in the heart of southeast Kansas’ rich beef ranching industry. Founder and CEO has over 25 years of cattle ranching experience while processing much of his own beef locally on his ranch over the last few years and now aims to expand his commercial processing to serve a gap in the local industry. The new state-of-the-art facility and operation will provide unique control over processing, packaging and branding for local ranchers, and transparency through traceability for both the producer and end customer. The team is built of deep expertise with professionals having decades of direct experience in the meat processing industry from many of today’s large industry players.
