Loan Request Secured by Inventory and EBITDA

We have identified a new opportunity that may be of interest to you. This is for the completion financing of $350K (or so) for a purchase of a successful internet business in the spirits space. The 2018 revenues were $3.2M with an EBITDA of $400K. This is a large increase from the 2017 numbers. The Buyer has a PSA with the Seller and has $100K in escrow as well as an $87K credit from the Seller. Also, the Seller will carry a good amount of the purchase price, so the need for capital from your office is much less than the purchase price. The Buyer can offer the inventory of $650K, EBITDA, will sign personally with a 610 FICO and a net worth of $500K. The management team is very experienced and I believe can dramatically increase sales and reduce costs once they are closed with the Seller.

Additionally, we also fund secured as well as unsecured lines of credit and term loans.
