PHASE 1
50-bed basic hospital revitalizing an existing structure to deliver essential inpatient, outpatient, emergency, maternity, and diagnostic services etc. Seeking $2 million to open doors in 8-10 months from funding to serve patients and generate revenue. Self sufficiency in year 3 projected.

PHASE 2
100-bed general hospital with an integrated academic wing offering paramedical health science programs to address the long-term shortage of healthcare professionals. Owner has license to offer a comprehensive academic program. Seeking $4.3 million. Self sufficiency in year 3 projected.
