We manage an inventory of privately stored cord blood samples.
In the next 7 years, approximately 2,000 prepaid agreements will expire and need to be extended to extend the storage, bringing in new revenues. To fund current operations, we are seeking either a lender interested in providing financing, or an investor interested in acquiring the right to receive 50% of the future renewal margins obtained, in exchange for a cash contribution today.
