Privately held Virginia coal company is seeking a joint venture or partner to help develop our metallurgical coal reserves. Our company owns, not leases, approximately 15 million tons of metallurgical coal reserves in Virginia. We have been in business over twenty years.
We have three minable coal seams. Seam heights vary from 3 feet to 12 feet in height. One mine is fully permitted and ready to mine coal!
