Business is a lithium brine exploration company, engages in the exploration and development of resource properties in Utah, USA. It owns a 100% interest in the Tercero project. Since we spoke last the company has secured 316 lithium claims on 10 square miles up from 7 in Box Elder and Tooele County, Utah which is located approximately 25 miles northeast of Wendover, Utah. Business is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada and owns 100% of corporation, which was incorporated in Utah in 2017.


Tercero Project
Business will become a leading lithium supplier for the expanding lithium battery industry in North America. The company is a junior mining corporation focused on creating shareholder value through the development of lithium carbonate. Our focus is on resource exploration and deploying a low-risk approach to development through brine mining. The company has secured 316 lithium claims on 7 square miles in Box Elder and Tooele County, Utah which are located approximately 25 miles northeast of Wendover, Utah. A reasonable network of graded and paved roads connects the claim area to I-80.

Fieldwork
Brine was sampled using PVC tube method and tested with ALS Labs, refer to Exhibits C. The company is preparing to drill-test and evaluate lithium in specific brine aquifers at depths of 2000 feet and expect to discover greater lithium enrichment.

Use of Proceeds
The net proceeds will be used to execute the Corporation’s business objective to drill-test and evaluate lithium in specific brine aquifers at depths of 2000 feet and expect to discover greater lithium enrichment. At surface the soil sediment is enriched with brine at an average of 200 parts per million (“ppm”), and the company is expecting 400 ppm Li or higher at greater depths. Brine was sampled using PVC tube method and tested with ALS Labs.
