Seeking Strategic Capital Partner – Near-Production Au/Ag/Cu Asset

Our portfolio company holds a gold-silver-copper concession with exposed high-grade mineralization averaging approximately 3 g/t Au, 250 g/t Ag, and 1% Cu per ton. The project is undergoing permitting, and we are now seeking financing to transition from exploration to production.

The concession has previously attracted acquisition and JV interest from mid-tier operators active in the region, and it lies adjacent to a producing mine that is profitable at 0.6 g/t Au—underscoring the favorable geology and strong operating economics.

We are open to structured investment or equity participation and will consider a sell-down of our current interest. To align interests and provide early return visibility, we are offering 100 ounces of gold from initial production (within ~15 months) as part of the financing structure.

Importantly, additional exploration financed from cash flow has the potential to delineate a 2.5–3.0 million-ounce AuEq resource, representing an estimated in-situ value of US$9–12 billion.
