Funding For Mining Operations In Arizona

We are seeking $2.5 million in funding for our gold venture. We will be mining a claim with an estimated value of $1.5 Billion in Gold alone. We have a contract/operating agreement to begin mining this claim. We will NOT be purchasing this mine nor will we be doing any risky financial maneuvers with it. As compensation we will receive 33 1/3 percent of the net from the income of the mine - after operating costs and Severance taxes. The operating costs will be around 20% and the severance tax is 4.6%.
Time to extract all gold from the mine will be around 24 months with the expectation of our 33 1/3% making a little over $400 Million.
The $2.5 million we are requesting will be paid back in its entirety from the first gold recovered from the claim. This is to say the lender will be paid back the entirety of their loan first and prior to ANYONE else receiving their interest. As additional compensation, we are offering 20% of the profits received from our 33 ⅓% (6.667% of the total net) that we recover on all Gold from the Claim to be operated by us.
We are seeking private lenders or investors, (no MCA, no Fintechs, no upfront fees, no SBLC, and no Insurance Wraps) only fair minded business people interested in a good fair return on capital.
