We are reinventing small boutique mining and redeveloping historic past producing mines. When redeveloped, these mines can be expected to produce for 50+ years (true legacy assets for your portfolio).

We offer:
*Convertible Note at 15% for 3 years
*$250k minimum, up to $50mil
*Convertible into LP preferred equity interests in one or more redeveloped mines with 50+ year projected mine life (projected 25% IRR at year 10, plus gold bull run multiplier)
*Leverage the gold bull run by 3x, and receive distributions in gold if desired
*(i.e. our model returns 3x over and above the increase in gold price)
*Enjoy first rights to participate in future deals (20+ deals expected over the next 5 years – a proprietary curated deal flow)
*Enjoy preferred rights to purchase additional gold production from the mines

We currently own a ~$50mil mining property and will be adding an additional $100mil+ in mining assets over the next 6-12 months. We are starting new production teams and are re-inventing small scale boutique mining to provide private gold based investments to private investors. The market has turned and we have a pre-screened slate of mines to redevelop now, but our supply is limited.
