STRATEGIC INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
We are advancing a structured two-phase growth plan and seeks a $2.4 million (USD) capital infusion to complete Phase I operations and scale into Phase II.

• Phase I: Targets 500 ounces of annual gold production (at $4,600 per ounce) and generates $2.3M in revenue. Plus, from secondary minerals; i.e., manganese, silver, and aggregates, an additional $100K is realized could yield $2.4M in total revenue.

• Phase II: With a roadmap to 2,000 gold ounces, Phase (II) scales to 10,000 ounces per year and offers ~40% EBITDA margins, a <3-year payback period, and a 36–45% Internal Rate of Return (IRR).

• Net Present Value (NPV): ~$1.0M over 5 years (10% discount rate). However, the Post-Investment Enterprise Valuation is: $4.5M–$7.5M and reflects a strong upside potential.
