- Amount Needed: $500 Million USD for project funding

- Provider sends completed DOA and CIS

- Receiver and Provider sign completed DOA

- Provider sends RWA/MT199

- Receiver will issue BPU or BCL from top bank - HSBC, Deutsche, Barclays

- BPU can be cashed 10 days or sooner after

- Provider issues MT760/MT799

- No upfront fees of any kind

- Payment to be released once SBLC is issued
