This is the investment in Prospectors technologies and services by creating a new company “Prospectors Technology Corporation” – PTC. The investment will be used to expand the Mudlogging Operation, OPAL, DMHE and other products listed in this presentation.
The investors will get shares in new company PTC.

Initial shareholder(s) will be considered ‘founders’. The ‘founders’ shares will be secured with a lien against the property and all that is built on it, plus my personal and Prospectors guarantee.

Business plan :
1. Generate income through expanding the Mudlogging and OPAL services.
2. Establish the laboratory analysis services on cuttings and cores and develop the Petrophysical Log interpretation based on DMHE – Direct Methods of Hydrocarbon Exploration.
3. Setup maintenance and manufacturing facilities. Manufacture equipment for Prospectors and international operation. (Gas Chromatograph, Turbine Gas Trap, OPAL, Dual flow mud pump, TDA. SAT).
4. Setup research facilities for CO2 extraction, Wind Turbine and EPE projects.
5. The idle trained personnel in mudlogging operation will be used in Lab case studies and Manufacturing, this will keep the trained personnel in the company ready to work on next project.
6. Provide training courses.
7. Provide cuttings and cores storage.

Prospectors Services International Corp (PSIC) will transfer all required assets and licenses to Prospectors Technology Corporation (PTC).

PTC includes All subsidiaries and technologies.
