3 Gas Producing Wells & 1 Rework Gas Well Project

We are raising $300K for 15% Working Interest in a 4 well gas project:
• 3 wells have been online for 5+ years; 1 well has produced over 3 bcf
• 1 well was never completed - we are completing it and bringing it online - targeting
• December completion - it has the same profile as the well producing over 3 bcf with same production over the life expected 3+ bcf
• Gas production for the 4th well will be capped at 3000 mcf per day - we are expecting it to remain at that level for 2-3 years before the decline starts
The funds are going towards:
• Completing and bringing the 4th well online
• Work to be done on the 3+ bcf to stabilize production to 250 - 300 mcf per day
• Work to be done on the 3rd well to bring production to 200 - 250 mcf per day
