We are a registered company (LLC and INC.) actively seeking private investors, companies, institutions, and family offices to partner with us in acquiring high-value oil and gas assets. Our focus is on non-operating working interests and royalty interests in established basins across the United States, particularly in Texas, including the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, Bakken, and other prolific basins.

Our objective is to build a long-term collaboration with investors who share our vision for sustainable growth and profitable acquisitions in the U.S. energy sector.


Asset Types: Operating, Non-operating working interests and royalty interests.
Investment Strategy: Focused on acquiring cash-flowing assets with significant upside potential in proven basins.
Partnership Structure: We seek to align interests with investors by co-investing and managing deals, retaining a minor percentage of royalty interests.
Transaction Size: Flexible, typically ranging from $10M to $50M.
Convertible Note Option: In addition to direct equity investments, we are open to structured notes that can convert into ownership stakes, providing investors with flexibility and alignment with the long-term value of the assets.
