The oil companies/operators have existing leased production (HBP) of these mineral interests with upside for additional pooled drilling programs. Potential returns are 18 - 30 % per year. Begin receiving monthly checks from this Passive Investment within 60 to 90 days and continuing for many, many years. You must be an accredited investment party with minimum investment amount of $50,000 and on up to $50 Million to participate.
