Investment Project Overview

Projected Revenue and Participation

The investment project is estimated to generate a gross revenue of up to $1.9 million monthly. This projection is based on producing 850 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) at the price of $75 per barrel (bbl). The project anticipates a payout period of approximately 16 months.

Participation Details

Minimum Working Interest (WI) Participation: 1%

Cost of Participation: $80,000 (Due to a drop in oil prices we have reduced our project cost by 25%. This is the leasehold portion we are waiving, making the investment $60,000 per 1%. This is a limited offer and when oil prices go back over $60 per barrel we will return to the original price. I think the Saudis cranked up 2 million bd of oil production to offset the upcoming war with Iran which may take 4 million barrels a day offline. If that happens, oil will still go thru the roof.)

Cost Breakdown

The $80,000 investment includes the purchase of a 1% Working Interest and covers the drilling costs for two horizontal wells. The economic assessments are based on an oil price of $75 per barrel.
