Hello, I am seeking to Acquire and Consolidate the Texas Drycleaning & Laundry Markets. I am looking at many of them in Texas. The Laundry & Drycleaning Industry is projected to grow at $110.91 Billion by 2030. With annual growth rate if 4.5%. 2020, 2021, and 2022 The industry grossed $10.82 Billion.

Laundry Services are not rescission proof but, they are recession resistant businesses. WHY? No matter what the economy does these industries has proven time and time again since the 1890's to be very lucrative. Drycleaning & Laundry Services are always on demand! Let be real, EVERYONE NEEDS TO WASH CLOTHES AND PEOPLE HATE DOING THEIR OWN LAUNDRY! 2nd, EVERYONE ARE PRESSED FOR TIME OR JUST PLAIN LAZY OR WORN OUT FROM WORK!

WHAT DRIVING THE DEMAND:
1.) People Are Just Presses For Time
2.) Laziness, Relaxation, Boardom, Etc.
3.) Kids are reluctant to do chores
4.) Parents wants breaks on weekend ( not do laundry)
5.) The internet has given our industry a major boosts
6.) Childrens Constant Activities such as shools sports, little league, etc.

THER AREN'T ENOUGH TIME TO DO LAUNDRY OR DROP OFF AND PICK UP YOUR DRY CLEANING!

I used to own drycleaners in the late 1990's and Mid 2000's had to shut them down due to divorce. I know how to buy these cleaners and laundry deals. I buy them at a discount and turn them over in a huge way by my unique marketing and retention programs that no other laundry services has. My unique retention programs is roughly 97%.

WHY EXISTING DRY CLEANERS AND LAUDRY?
1.) Existing Businesses in this industry are 5-30 years or longer. Meaning Established Customer based already built in. High Profit margins and low Expenses and Cost To Run.
2.) We can increase revenue by incentives that I know how to do.
3.) No Need to start over a new business
4.) profit the First Week Of completing the sale transactions due to what remains on the racks and new clients or repeat clients cominhg in there after is yours
5.) Dry Cleaner Expenses are very low at 4%, Laundromats are at 6%
6.) Upcharge For Delivery Services.

1.) DRYCLEANING PLANT WITH REAL ESTATE- can range from $2-$5 Million depending on size of operation
A.) RETURN ON THESE TYPES OF INVESTMENT- is roughly 40%-55% net after expenses.

2.) DRYCLEANING PLANT NO REAL ESTATE- can range from $250K- $500K depending on sized of operation
B.) RENTURN ON THESE TYPES OF INVESTMENTS- is roughly 55%-70% if done inhouse. Done Under Contract to a Nearest Plant is roughly 45%-55%.

3.) DROP OFF STORES ONLY NO REAL STATE- can range from $50K- $350K depending on size of operation
C.) RETURN ON THESE TYPES OF INVESTMENTS IF DONE BY OUR OWN PLANT IS 75%-85%. If done under contract to a near plant is roughly 55%-65%.

I am seeking an investment partners to help fund Acqusitions to Consolidate the Laundromat, Drycleaning Plants, and Drycleaning Drop Off Stores, and Delivery Services in texas to start.

I am not seeking LOANS so don't offer me loans with up from Fees and Closing Costs Etc. I am seeking someone who can privately partner or silent funding partner.
