Real Estate Projects to Finance in France
Our company provides advice on some of the best Real Estate operations in France** as a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) under French law. We work with Real Estate Development companies, including an investment fund. **Currently, we have up to 400 million euros available for financing**. Additionally, we are responsible for financing optimization.
We are actively seeking **lenders and investors**. Our conditions are as follows:
1. **No retainer or upfront fees**, but our customers can finance a portion of the projects through equity.
2. For lenders: Our customers aim to allocate no more than **15% into an escrow account**, and the escrow account holder must be approved by our customers.
3. **Interest rates should fall between 5% to 6% per year**.
