Philadelphia PA There are 7 properties in total with 2 lenders. One has 5 properties and the other has 2 properties. 135K NOI
Lender owns 2 properties and deeds will transfer by the end of month. WE have an agreement to buy back the properties at 260K. They are worth 400K which we will sell them for. Lender #2 who owns 5 properties just received the deeds and we are negotiation with them to buy the properties back or sell them for between 700K-800K with valuation of 1.1M. Then depending on sale, I would need to bring cash to the table in the amount of 175K -300K.
