$65M Equity Financing - New Development Mixed Use

For new Urban planning services with an idea and implementation part for the project-Gleissdreieck- (southern sub-area for the idea part - approx. 12,873 sqm) in the city of Ravensburg $65,000,000 USD in Equity Participation are searched.

The necessary property for this has an appraisal value of approx. €60,731,200.00 EUR/USD.

So far, a higher number of millions has been invested in the project planning and implementation of the entire system and financed with funds from the group.
The total invested is €8,183,400.00 Euro / US Dollars.

Unitis AG, in coordination with the city of Radolfzell, intends to build new apartments and businesses at the "Gleisdreieck" site in Radolfzell and the associated outdoor facilities of approx. 51,326 sqm in the "Gleisdreieck" planning area in Radolfzell and the closely intertwined, adjacent areas.

The implementation of these urban planning services is carried out as multiple assignments with 5 participants according to HOAI and based on the RPW 2013. The Baden-Württemberg Chamber of Architects was involved in the preparation and tendering of this procedure in an advisory capacity.

The total volume is approximately 168 million euros/USD. The project plan is Shovel-Ready.
