Looking for investors or 100% Funding Joint Venture companies to invest in properties businesses based in UK and USA. The company is a pre-seeded company and the funding the company looking is between £3bn-£3.5bn.

We plan to buy land and convert into residential and commercial properties to be sold for huge profits. We plan to purchase full-tenants properties with rental income and also purchase nightclubs and strip club (USA only) as a business.

We looking for a repayment of 2.5%-3% per year (can go upto 4%) for the next 15-20 years and also looking for 18 months to 2 years repayment grace period (can be negotiable) in order to get the business up and running (staff, office, equipment, etc).

We are looking for JV companies with no upfront fees and offer to cover the cost to set up an offshore bank account on our behalf (we will reimburse the fees once we receive the loan).

We have copies of business proposal and forecasts for your consideration.
