Business has its international business consultancy and facilitation wing retained by one of its clients in the real estate industry in Ghana to seek for investor(s) either for Joint Venture (JV) or Debt / Equity finance for a shovel ready private real estate and resort project. The project well located on the Gulf of Guinea and on the main intercountry road from Ivory Coast (Cote D’ivoire) through Ghana is about 8 km from the regional capital city, Takoradi (3rd largest in Ghana) which has an airport, seaport and not far from Ghana’s proposed $US 60.0 B Petroleum Hub with construction planned to start soon.

Up to date, the owner has sunk over $US 10.0 M into the project to acquire a total of 40-acre
land, permits and built some of the structures including own able and rent able detached and semi detach homes, commercial & resort and seeking for $US 65. 0 M to complete the project. The first (1st) phase $US 55. 0 M is for the own able and rent able homes, apartments, and others and $US 10.0 M for the second (2nd ) phase which is mostly for the Resort.

Details of the project dubbed “ Royal Palm City Residence & Resort” will comprise of Residence,
Commercial and Resort Blocks. The Residence Block comprised of high-rise apartments facing the sea (about 1-km away), townhouses, Penthouses, and others; the Commercial Block comprised of malls, stores, movie theater, pharmacies, barbering and beauty salons, administration etc. while the Resort Block on the shoreline will have some lodging, gyms, sports, swimming pools, restaurants, trendy bars, entertainments, etc.
