We plan to sell our patented, innovative construction technology to solve the affordable housing crisis globally.
Our innovative construction technology allows us to build homes in half the time and at approximately 2/3’s the cost of traditional stick-built homes. This patented technology is the culmination of over 14 years of R&D and rigorous testing. Exceeds all LEED energy efficiency requirements. Our patent was issued in February 2024. This is an industry game changer. Home building will never be the same.

Our long-term plan (18 -24 months) is to build a 200,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Genesee County, MI capable of producing 120,000,000 sq. ft. of our patented, proprietary sheathing annually. This equates to approximately 18,000 average single-family residences and will create 140 full-time jobs and eliminate the need to harvest over 1.4 million trees. Additional facilities are planned both domestically and internationally.

Our short-term goal (now) is to secure an initial seed investment to finalize our licensing agreement, working capital and to build 5, proof of concept, homes in Pontiac, MI. An initial single family protype has been completed in Texas along with multiple commercial buildings. This technology is being deployed globally. Automated design dramatically reduces waste and improves employee productivity.

The initial capital investment will receive an enhanced valuation with respect to subsequent rounds of fund raising. Projected annual revenues in excess of $500,000,000.00 with a GPM of approximately 58%. We will achieve up to 45% higher ROI in green focused urban zones. The panel is made from recycled containers and waste-based materials which will redefine the concept of sustainability.
