I have been building new construction homes for over 15 years as a superintendent and recently have built 3 on my own. I have a great plan as well the price point is one of the lowest in the area. I want to build affordable house but quality as well. I do not have the capital to keep building. I am looking for an individual or company to partner with that can provide the capital and get great returns in the process.
