Additional Services: Restaurant, Full Service Bar, General Store, Land Activities Rental
Fire Safety Training Center

Team members experience includes; Event Production, Large Scale Festival Marketing, Corporate Events, Sponsorships, Fire/EMS/Security, RV/Campgrounds Management, and Federal and State Grants (Safety)

Financials are in two parts:
Operations, Productions, Facilities, Licenses, Insurance, and Land Improvements

I would prefer a loan, but I am willing to provide equity/shares in addition to a loan if terms are fair. You will need to pass a background check, if you want to be more involved, as this is a requirement for our Texas liquor/beer license.
