$5M - $100M PPP Funding Request

Seeking a Five Million United States Dollar ($5,000,000.00) to One Hundred Million United States Dollar ($100,000,000.00) Principal Financial Investment (PFI) To Participate In A Private Placement Program (PPP) To Generate Funding For A Nationwide And Worldwide Humanitarian Housing Project Operation.

PPP Trading Programs are Contract Based Trading Programs used on Wall Street to contractually and safely generate substantial profits for Wall Street Brokers’ High Net Worth Clients and Major Corporations.

PPP Trading Programs consist of contractually purchasing One (1) Calendar Year “Cash Backed Financial Bank Instruments” at a substantial discount and liquidating the Cash Backed Financial Bank Instruments at a price higher than the purchase price but lower than the Face Value (FV) of the Cash Backed Bank Financial Instruments.

The Cash Value (CV) or Current Market Value (CMV) of the Bank Instruments is equaled to its FV because the Bank Instruments are only issued on behalf of their High Net Worth Clients if there is cash on deposit equal to the FV of the Bank Guaranteed Financial Instruments.

The $5M to $100M PFI does not have to leave the Owner’s Account but the funds must be verified by a dated Bank Statement, or other evidence of the funds on deposit and will be verified by a Program Manager, to participate in the PPP Trading Programs being used.

All transactions are for One (1) Calendar Year and are administered on a Bank-to-Bank Level to eliminate any loss of financial profits or fraud.

All financial profits will be shared 80/20 based on the fact that the PFI never has to leave the Owner’s Account of the PFI at no time during the monthly trade process.

For Direct Project Funding where funds are actually moved into a designated Escrow Service Account, trade profits will be shared 50/50 as apposed to 80/20.
