At the 2 yard line for a great acquisition - deal docs done, loan docs were done, closing conditions met, but lender failed to perform.
Target company is an AI-driven MarTech platform w/ some subscription revenue, does about $20M revenue, $7M EBITDA. Need $13M at close to get the deal done, seller will carry the rest and subordinate. I am folding this into a handful of complementary companies with revenue and platform value.
Seller is annoyed but willing to give me another 2-4 weeks. Need someone to come in fast.
Have a QoE on target company through mid-April. Full DD room ready.
Looking for debt, could be short term to get this acquired and give me time to refi, or we could go longer term together. There's enough meat on this bone for all of us to do well.
